Doctors
All health professionals who wish to incorporate the use of medicinal cannabis into their clinical practice must be registered in the country and trained to prescribe medicinal cannabis.

Producers
In order to produce legal cannabis within the law it is not enough to have soil where to cultivate, it is necessary to have a cultivation license in one of the two modalities: psychoactive cultivation or non-psychoactive cultivation.

Products
There are four product groups: master preparations, cosmetics, food and dietary supplements; export derivatives and phytotherapeutic products.
